Agreement for Private Pool Facility

Lochinver Homeowners Association members who have paid the HOA dues may request the use of the pool facility for private parties. A $100 cleaning deposit is required (paid online or given to the Treasurer, or board member) with the completion of this form signed by the Lochinver HOA Swim Tennis Committee member. If upon completion of the party and pavilion area are left clean and all trash is disposed of properly the $100 cleaning fee deposit will be returned.

Terms and Conditions

1. While using the pool area for a private party, I agree adhere to all rules and regulations as outlined by the Lochinver Homeowners Association Rules for the Lochinver Swim-Tennis Facility. Received when I accepted the pool key. NOTE:  the pool and tennis courts MAY NOT be closed to other members during your event.
2. When my party is over, I agree to ensure that all trash will be disposed of properly and placed in the garbage containers at the pool or taken away. This includes any food products, paper products, decorations, party favors, spills wrapping paper and ribbons. Etc.
3. I will ensure that no food or drinks will be placed in either the large pool or the kiddie pool.
4. I understand that I will forfeit my cleaning deposit, if items one, two, and three above are not followed.
5. In case of a life-threatening emergency, I will call contact 911 first and then a board member Tuwanya Smith (404) 625-4908, Marcus Williams (678)927-2051, Dwight Wicks (678) 333-9402 immediately to notify the HOA of the emergency.
6. Party must end my 10:00pm
